Cheesy Turkey & Cranberry Melt

  • 4 flat rolls
  • 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 200 g (7 oz) cooked turkey breast, sliced
  • 125 g (4 oz) Cheddar cheese, grated

Split the rolls in half and spread half with the mustard and the other half with the cranberry sauce. Top with the turkey slices and cheese and sandwich together.

Heat a dry frying pan until hot, add the sandwich and cook over a medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
