Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 4 mint sprigs, plus extra to decorate
  • 2 tablespoons sugar syrup
  • crushed ice
  • 2 measures brandy
  • chilled Champagne, to top up

Put 2 mint sprigs and 1 tablespoon sugar syrup into each glass and muddle together.

Fill the glasses with crushed ice, then add the brandy. Top up with chilled Champagne and stir gently. Decorate with mint sprigs and serve.
