Celeriac Remoulade with Ham

  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • 1 small celeriac, peeled and cut into fine matchsticks
  • handful of parsley, finely chopped
  • 6 slices of Bayonne or Parma ham
  • salt and pepper
  • Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard and crème fraîche until smooth. Season to taste, then stir together with the celeriac and parsley.
  • Spoon the mixture on to serving plates along with the ham.
