Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 100 g (3½ oz) orange, plus extra to serve (optional)
  • 100 g (3½ oz) celeriac
  • 100 g (3½ oz) alfalfa sprouts

Peel the orange and separate it into segments. Peel the celeriac and cut it into chunks. Rinse the alfalfa sprouts. Juice the ingredients.

Pour the juice into a glass, add slices of orange, if liked, and serve immediately.
