Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 100 g (3½ oz) potato
  • 100 g (3½ oz) radish, plus extra to serve (optional)
  • 100 g (3½ oz) carrot
  • 100 g (3½ oz) cucumber
  • ice cubes

Juice the potato, radish, carrot and cucumber.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add a couple of ice cubes and process briefly.

Pour the juice into a tall glass over ice, decorate with slices of radish, if liked, and serve immediately.
