Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 carrot, about 150 g (5 oz)
  • 2 Little Gem lettuces, about 275 g (9 oz) in total
  • 1 apple, about 100 g (3½ oz)
  • 1 teaspoon chia oil

Grate the lemon rind and reserve. Roughly peel the lemon. Juice the lemon with the carrot, lettuce and apple. Stir in the reserved grated lemon rind and chia oil.

Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
