Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • ½ small chilli
  • 250 g (8 oz) pineapple
  • 250 g (8 oz) carrot ice cubes
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

Deseed the chilli. Remove the core and peel from the pineapple. Juice the carrots with the chilli and pineapple.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice. Squeeze over the lime juice, stir in the chopped coriander and serve immediately.
