Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 175 g (6 oz) carrot
  • 250 g (8 oz) apple
  • 125 g (4 oz) red cabbage
  • orange slices, to decorate
  • ice cubes

Roughly chop the carrot and apple and juice them with the cabbage.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice, decorate with a slice of orange, and serve immediately.
