Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 175 g (6 oz) sweet potato or yam
  • 100 g (3½ oz) beetroot
  • 175 g (6 oz) carrot
  • 125 g (4 oz) fennel
  • ice cubes
  • fennel fronds, to decorate (optional)
Directions

Peel the sweet potato or yam and scrub the beetroot. Juice the carrot and fennel with the sweet potato and beetroot.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice, decorate with fennel fronds, if liked, and serve immediately.
