Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • about 200 g (7 oz) carrot
  • 1 kiwifruit, plus extra to serve (optional)
  • ice cubes (optional)

Cut the carrot and kiwifruit into even-sized pieces and juice together.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice, if using, decorate with slices of kiwifruit, if liked, and serve immediately.
