Special Diet

  • 8 ready-made savoury tart cases, about 9 cm (3½ inches)
  • 8 tablespoons caramelized onion chutney
  • 125 g (4 oz) Brie cheese, cut into 8 slices
  • thyme sprigs, to garnish

Preheat the oven to 180˚C (350˚F), Gas Mark 4. Place the tart cases on a baking sheet and spread 1 tablespoon of chutney in the bottom of each. Top with the Brie.

Cook in the preheated oven for 7–8 minutes until the cheese melts. Garnish with thyme sprigs and serve hot.
