Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 200 g (7 oz) green cabbage
  • 50 g (2 oz) apple
  • 2—3 ice cubes
  • ground cinnamon, plus extra to decorate

Separate the cabbage into leaves and cut the apple into pieces. Juice the cabbage with the apple.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add a couple of ice cubes and a sprinkling of cinnamon and process briefly.

Pour the juice into a glass, decorate with a sprinkling of cinnamon and serve immediately.
