Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 orange, about 160 g (5½ oz)
  • 1 mango, about 200 g (7 oz)
  • 1 small banana
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon baobab powder
  • 300 ml (½ pint) water

Roughly peel and then juice the orange. Peel and stone the mango. Peel the banana.

Transfer the orange juice to a food processor or blender, add the mango, banana and the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
