Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 150 g (5 oz) spinach
  • 150 g (5 oz) broccoli
  • 2 tomatoes
  • celery stick, to serve (optional)

Rinse the spinach and trim the broccoli. Juice the tomatoes with the green vegetables, adding the broccoli and spinach alternately so that the spinach leaves do not clog the juicer.

Pour the juice into a glass, add a stick of celery, if liked, and serve immediately.
