Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 150 g (5 oz) broccoli
  • 150 g (5 oz) spinach
  • 2 apples
  • 2—3 ice cubes

Trim the broccoli and rinse the spinach. Juice the apples with the spinach and broccoli, alternating the spinach leaves with the other ingredients so that the spinach leaves do not clog the machine.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add a couple of ice cubes and process briefly.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
