Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 50 g (2 oz) parsnip
  • 50 g (2 oz) apple
  • 150 g (5 oz) broccoli
  • 2—3 ice cubes

Peel the parsnip and cut the flesh into chunks. Quarter the apple and trim the broccoli. Juice the parsnip with the apple and broccoli.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender and process with the ice cubes to make a creamy juice.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
