Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 100 g (3½ oz) broccoli
  • 100 g (3½ oz) kale
  • 50 g (2 oz) celery
  • 25 g (1 oz) parsley
  • 200 g (7 oz) apple
  • ice cubes
Directions

Trim the broccoli and kale. Trim the celery and cut it into 5 cm (2 inch) lengths. Juice the parsley and apple with the broccoli, kale and celery.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice and serve immediately.
