Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 2 oranges, about 400 g (13 oz)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons muesli
  • 300 ml (½ pint) milk
  • ground cinnamon, to sprinkle

Roughly peel and juice the oranges. Peel the banana.

Transfer the orange juice and banana to a food processor or blender, add the muesli and milk and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve immediately.
