Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 pomegranate, about 250 g (8 oz)
  • 1 apple, about 100 g (3½ oz)
  • 1 orange, about 200 g (7 oz)
  • 2 carrots, about 300 g (10 oz) in total
  • 25 g (1 oz) radish sprouts

Remove the seeds from the pomegranate by cutting the fruit in half, then holding the halved fruit over a bowl and hitting the skin with a wooden spoon so that the seeds fall into the bowl. Juice all the ingredients together.

Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
