4 ready-made meringues nests, about 50 g (2 oz) total weight
Put the custard, yogurt, orange rind and vanilla bean paste or extract in a bowl and stir until well combined.
Put two-thirds of the blueberries in 4 tall glasses. Spoon over the blueberry yogurt mixture, then top each glass with a lightly crushed meringue. Sprinkle over the remaining blueberries and serve immediately.
