Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 100 g (3½ oz) frozen blueberries
  • 150 ml (¼ pint) soya milk
  • small bunch of mint

Put the blueberries in a food processor or blender and pour in the soya milk. Pull the mint leaves off their stalks, reserving one or two sprigs for decoration, and add the remainder to the blender. Process briefly.

Pour the smoothie into a glass, decorate with the reserved mint sprigs and serve immediately.
