Place 2 bananas and a small handful of blueberries in the jug of a blender and add a third of the muesli, 200 g (7 oz) yogurt, 250 ml (8 fl oz) milk and 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth but thick, then pour into 2 tall glasses to serve. Repeat twice more to make 4 more smoothies.
Alternatively, if you do not own a blender, pour the muesli into 6 bowls, spoon over the yogurt and top with the sliced banana. Scatter over the blueberries, drizzle over the honey or maple syrup and serve with spoons as a filling breakfast.
