Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 100 g (3½ oz) cantaloupe melon
  • 2 kiwifruit, about 150 g (5 oz)
  • 100 g (3½ oz) fresh or frozen blackberries, plus extra to decorate
  • 2–3 ice cubes

Peel the melon as close to the skin as possible. Roughly peel the kiwifruit. Juice the melon with the kiwifruit and blackberries.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender and process with a couple of ice cubes.

Pour into a glass and decorate with a few blackberries.
