Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 100 g (3½ oz) cantaloupe melon
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 100 (3½ oz) fresh or frozen blackberries, plus extra to decorate (optional)
  • 2—3 ice cubes

Peel the melon and cut the flesh into cubes. Leaving on the skins, evenly slice the kiwifruit. Juice the melon and kiwifruit with the blackberries.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender and process with a couple of ice cubes. Pour into a glass and decorate with a few blackberries, if liked.
