Blackberry Brûlées

Ingredients
  • 225 g (7 1/2 oz) blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice
  • 2–3 teaspoons caster sugar, to taste
  • 8 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons soft dark brown sugar
Directions
  • Place the blackberries, apple juice and caster sugar in a saucepan and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Spoon into 4 ramekins and leave to cool for 2–3 minutes.
  • Spoon over the yogurt, then sprinkle with the brown sugar.
  • Cover and chill until required.
