Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 100 g (3½ oz) celeriac
  • 50 g (2 oz) apple
  • 100 g (3½ oz) frozen blackberries, plus extra to decorate
  • 2—3 ice cubes

Peel the celeriac and cut the flesh into cubes. Roughly chop the apple and juice it with the celeriac.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add the blackberries and a couple of ice cubes and process briefly.

Pour the juice into a glass, decorate with extra blackberries and serve immediately.
