Berry, Honey and Yogurt Pots

  • 400 g (13 oz) frozen mixed berries, thawed
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 6 tablespoons clear honey
  • 400 ml (14 fl oz) vanilla yogurt
  • 50 g (2 oz) granola
  • Whizz half the berries with the orange juice and honey in a blender until fairly smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in the remaining berries.
  • Divide one-third of the berry mixture between 4 dessert glasses or small bowls. Top with half the yogurt.
  • Layer with half the remaining berry mixture and top with the remaining yogurt.
  • Top with the remaining berry mixture and sprinkle over the granola just before serving.
