Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 2 apples, about 200 g (7 oz)
  • 1 large banana
  • 250 g (8 oz) mixed berries (such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries), plus extra to decorate
  • ice cubes

Juice the apples. Peel the banana.

Transfer the apple juice and banana to a food processor or blender, add the mixed berries and process until smooth, adding a little water, if necessary, if you want a looser consistency.

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses over ice, decorate with a few extra berries and serve immediately.
