Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 2 measures dark rum
  • 2 measures Cointreau
  • 2 measures double cream
  • ice cubes
  • ground cinnamon
  • maraschino cherries

Pour the rum, Cointreau and cream into a cocktail shaker, add 8–10 ice cubes and shake.

Double-strain into 2 chilled martini glasses, decorate each glass with a sprinkling of ground cinnamon and some cherries and serve.
