Beetroot, Apple and Orange Blossom Salad

  • 2 beetroot, peeled and grated
  • 1 crisp green apple, cored and grated
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons orange blossom water
  • salt
  • Mix together the beetroot and apple in a serving bowl.
  • Add the lemon juice and orange blossom water and season with salt. Toss together well and serve.
