Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 50 g (2 oz) beetroot
  • 100 g (3½ oz) blueberries, plus extra to serve (optional)
  • 100 g (3½ oz) raspberries
  • 2—3 ice cubes

Juice the beetroot.

Pour the beetroot juice into a food processor or blender, add the blueberries, raspberries and ice cubes and process until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a glass, decorate with blueberries, if liked, and serve immediately.
