Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 slice pineapple, about 100 g (3½ oz), plus a pineapple wedge to decorate
  • 1 orange, about 200 g (7 oz)
  • 2 beetroot, about 300 g (10 oz) in total
  • 100 g (3½ oz) red cabbage

Roughly peel the pineapple and the orange. Juice all the ingredients together.

Pour the juice into a glass, decorate with a wedge of pineapple and serve immediately.
