Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 4 measures cachaça
  • 4 passion fruit, cut in half and the pulp squeezed out
  • 2 measures sugar syrup
  • 2 measures lemon juice
  • ice cubes, plus crushed ice to serve
  • lemon slices, to decorate

Put the cachaça, passion fruit pulp, sugar syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and add some ice cubes.

Shake and strain into 2 highball glasses filled with crushed ice. Decorate with slices of lemon and serve with long straws.
