Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 2 bananas
  • 300 ml (½ pint) milk
  • 4 tablespoons natural fromage frais
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 50 g (2 oz) hot oat cereal
  • banana slices
  • malt loaf chunks

Peel and chop the bananas.

Place the bananas in a food processor or blender with the milk, fromage frais and maple syrup and process until smooth. Add the oat cereal and process again to thicken.

Pour into 2 glasses. Arrange banana slices and chunks of malt loaf on 2 cocktail sticks and balance them across the top of the glasses, to decorate.
