Lightly grease a small, shallow roasting tin. Cut a cross down into the top of each fig, then arrange them in the tin. Place a little butter on each, then pour over the sugar, honey, orange juice and cinnamon.
Place in a preheated oven, 200°C (400°F), Gas Mark 6, for 12 minutes, then scatter over the pistachios and return to the oven for a further 3 minutes until the figs are tender. Serve with natural yogurt.
