Bacon & Chipolata Rolls

Ingredients
  • 16 rindless streaky bacon rashers
  • 16 pork chipolata sausages
Directions

Stretch out the rashers of streaky bacon using the back of a knife, then wind a rasher along the length of each sausage.

Cook under a medium grill for about 8–10 minutes on each side. Serve at least 2 per person alongside the Christmas roast.
