Baby Green Peppers in Olive Oil

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250 g (8 oz) Padrón peppers or baby green peppers, or mild green chillies
  • sea salt flakes

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the peppers or chillies and cook over a high heat for 3–5 minutes, turning frequently, until the skins start to brown.

Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper, then serve scattered with sea salt flakes.
