Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • ½ galia melon
  • ¼ pineapple
  • 3 green apples
  • ice cubes (optional)

Peel and deseed the melon. Remove the skin and hard core from the pineapple. Chop all the fruit into even-sized pieces and juice.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice, if using, and serve immediately.
