Halve the peaches, remove the stones, roughly chop the flesh and juice.
Add one-third of the water and spoon the mixture into 3–4 lolly moulds. Freeze until just set.
Roughly chop the apple and juice. Add one-third of the water and pour over the frozen peach mixture. Freeze until just set.
Hull the strawberries, then juice them. Add the remainder of the water, pour over the frozen apple mixture and freeze until set.
