Antipasti with Breadsticks

Ingredients
  • 100 g (3 1/2 oz) marinated olives
  • 75 g (3 oz) chargrilled marinated artichokes
  • 50 g (2 oz) chargrilled peppers
  • 50 g (2 oz) sun-dried tomatoes
  • 50 g (2 oz) marinated anchovies
  • 100 g (3 1/2 oz) prosciutto
  • 100 g (3 1/2 oz) salami
  • 220 g (7 1/2 oz) mozzarella cheese
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
  • grissini breadsticks, to serve
Directions
  • Arrange the ingredients on a large platter or board. When ready to eat, pour the olive oil and balsamic vinegar into separate bowls for dipping.
  • Serve the Antipasti with grissini breadsticks.
