Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • crushed ice
  • 4 measures Barbadian rum
  • 1 measure Koko Kanu (coconut rum)
  • 1 measure vanilla syrup
  • 2 measures coconut cream
  • soda water, to top up
  • maraschino cherries, to decorate

Fill 2 highball glasses with crushed ice, then add, one by one in order, the two rums, vanilla syrup and coconut cream.

Stir and top up with soda water. Add more ice, decorate with cherries and serve with long straws.
